Oh, I love this image. It reminds me of frosty mornings in the UK. Thanks for sharing it.

Thank you, Herhimnbryn ~ I love it too although it doesn't do the morning justice. The sunrise actually shone pink through the mist.

Mary ~ So happy you're here! Your greeting touches my heart dearly. Thank you :D

hallo GC,
thankyou for your lovely comment on my 100 things.Hope you like The Railway Children ( it's very close to the book, and very"english'.
Yup have got Kd singing Cohens song.
Why I won't see the LoR films? Well, when I was about 8/9, my Pa read the whole trilogy to me and my brothers. ( he actually started with the Hobbit and carried on). he was so good at it and I don't want the films to spoil those images I conjured up. I've read it every year since! I will be writing a blog about it soon. Bet you're sorry you asked now!

Gemma, I'm so glad to see you're back. Beautiful pic. There's something about a beautiful sunrise that just stays with you the whole day. Lovely.

Herhimnbryn ~ Of course I'm not sorry I asked :) Thank you for answering. I know what you mean about LoR. The movies never seem to live up to a visual imagination. I'll let you know when I've seen The Railway Children. It should be in at the library any day now.

Joy ~ It is so lovely to share a sunrise with you :)
