Hello Sky ~ Thank you! Yes, I took the picture a couple of days ago after a few dark days of soul searching. It was an absolutely beautiful, crisp, bright, envigorating day and the happenstance discovery of this beaver pond left me feeling deeply refreshed :)

Gemma, this really is beautiful. So crisp and fresh. I can almost hear that gorgeous blue water flowing. Great picture.

Oh, I can see that this must have lifted your spirits. You have such a great 'eye' for taking photographs. I could almost smell the air.
Thankyou for sharing.

Does this mean that Spring will actually truly show up again this year???? It's always such an unexpected miracle, every year.

Gemma, this is a wonderful photo. And I enjoyed the dark terseness of your poem.

PMS136 is a beautiful light golden orange color... is that the significance of your blog address?

Thank you all for your warm and encouraging comments. I so appreciate each and every one of you!

Willow ~ spring arrived in Southern Ontario at least 3 weeks ahead of schedule! Our usual March 'lion' storm pretty much by-passed us save for one windy dark dramatic night.

MB ~ That is so funny about the PMS colour! I never connected the two (address and colour of my little icon) together. Coincidence? Hmmmm. Makes you wonder, eh? LOL Actually, PMS are my initals and 136 is just a number that holds some wishful meaning for me. And, yes, I've heard lots and lots of jokes about my initials :)
